Sensor in the hull
Position the water-level sensor inside the hull or bilge where rising water can be detected.
Mount a water-level sensor inside the hull, route a cable to the dash, and keep an eye on your boat with one easy-to-read display.
Designed with both the do-it-yourself boat owner and the professional marine installer in mind.
Position the water-level sensor inside the hull or bilge where rising water can be detected.
Route the sensor cable along a protected path to the helm display.
A compact, round dashboard screen makes it easy to check your boat’s status in a moment.
Many standard 2-inch marine instruments use a 2-1/16-inch (approximately 52 mm) dash opening. SenseaFloat is being developed with round dash mounting in mind; the actual required cutout has not yet been confirmed. Check the final mounting template before drilling or modifying a dash.
Designed to make the normal condition reassuring and a high-water condition unmistakable.
A teal or green status tells you the sensor is not detecting a high-water condition.
The planned system changes to a red warning and triggers audible and light alerts to draw attention.
A boat can take on water while unattended. An audible alarm and visible light alert are intended to help attract the attention of people nearby, when a problem might otherwise go unnoticed.
We’re working toward a clean, straightforward installation experience, whether you do the work yourself or choose a marine installer.
SenseaFloat is in development. Final cutout dimensions, mounting hardware, cabling, alarm hardware, electrical requirements and installation instructions are pending verification. This is an overview, not a wiring guide. The alert is local unless a separately specified remote notification capability is added; it does not replace bilge pumps, maintenance or regular vessel checks.
